Stepping Into Sisterhood Organization (SIS) is a mentor program and step team for 1st - 8th grade girls. In this program Little Sisters are paired with their own Big Sister Mentor in 9th - 12th grade.

SIS was created for the purpose of teaching and nurturing teens. With the aim to help young girls gain sisterhood, strengthen their success skills and to get exposure towards their future endeavors in life.
